Flush Sash
Residence 7 has been designed to embrace multiple manufacturing techniques. A traditional mechanical joint provides the ultimate timber alternative aesthetic. A mitre welding technique can fuse the joints together diagonally for a contemporary appearance, or choose the Graf weld for a seamless diagonal weld. The Timberweld® process welds the profiles with a timber look to both sides, or a MechWeld/External Timber Look (ETL) gives a diagonal weld to the internal face, with a timber look to the external external face.
Create an individual design statement for your home with a range of luxury colour finishes and hardware options. All of them have been carefully created with you in mind, allowing you to replace your current windows and doors with a more efficient, secure and attractive system.
A set of bay windows will become one of your home’s main centrepieces
Bay windows are made up of three windows and project outwardly away from the respective wall/s of the house. The centre window tends to be around double the size of the 30 to 40 degree angled accompanying side windows and they are traditionally produced in a hexagonal, octagonal or square shape. Though they have been in existence since Medieval times, they still retain their popularity to this day due to the effortless way they suit a wealth of home styles. Expect to enjoy a brand new perspective of the outdoors from the indoors.
The bay window design allows lots of natural sunlight to drive its way directly into the heart of your home, helping energise it and making it feel more spacious. The added feeling of spaciousness that comes with a bay window installation also emanates from their protruding shape. The panoramic views provided by the bay window will also give you a captivating field of vision that you won’t be able to take your eyes off.
Tilt & Turn
Tilt & Turn window is a versatile yet stylish system, suitable for various types of installation including domestic properties and high-rise buildings.
Designed to offer high levels of safety, security and convenience, the Tilt & Turn window can be operated in two ways:
‘Tilt Position’ -the window sash remains firmly and safely closed at the bottom whilst the top tilts in towards the room to provide enhanced ventilation
‘Turn Position’ -the window sash opens at the side with an inward opening of 90 degrees, making it suitable as a fire escape exit. This facility also ensures the exterior of the window can be safely and easily cleaned from inside the home.
French Windows
Stylish, secure and versatile; French windows are suitable for both new build homes and replacements projects, adding character to all house types.
French windows are designed in the style of French doors and feature two outward openings, with the facility to open both side simultaneously or one side only. The two full-length openings provide enhanced viewing areas, maximum ventilation and may also serve as a fire escape exit if require.
French windows are fitted with high-security locking mechanisms, ensuring that both openings remain safely and securely fixed when in their locked positions. Advanced manufacturing techniques ensure that all our frames are mechanically strong, tough and durable, backed by a 15 year product performance guarantee.
Shaped Frames – Bespoke Fit

Slimline Aluminium Windows
Fascia Focus can fit and install slimmer windows that last longer over time, which won’t warp or flex through the seasons. ‘Flush’ is the key word when choosing aluminium as the way the opening and fixed glass elements sit against each other side by side will make an impact of the slick look of the finished product.
Plastic windows come out on top in terms of cost (an estimated 20% less than aluminium), but stretching the budget a bit for aluminium flush windows could prove well worth it when build quality and finish are taken into account.
Aluminium windows tend to be most costly than PVCu, but overall more affordable than timber. A major advantage of aluminium is that they won’t warp or flex over time and last longer than PVCu, while still being low-maintenance (something timber struggles to offer).
